Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your TAO Clean device in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
